Roles and Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Identify and pursue growth opportunies via online and offline publications
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective in-person and online demos to prospects
Consulting with stakeholders to find out requirements and market trends.
Sustaining or generating new or repeat orders for all products and programs.
Supplying necessary information to operate the overall business effectively by completing all required reports accurately, completely and in a timely fashion.
Other duties related to the position include… (maintaining the sales accounts)
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer account management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Good understanding of Microsoft Office products ( Excel , PP, Word)
Strong initiative with exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of CRM software is helpful.
Good technical and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving skills
Good client-facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Language Proficiency Required:
English, Hindi, (preferable)
2-3 years of success in a business environment with positive feedback from your managers; B2B sales or transactional sales experience is a plus.
Previous experience in the healthcare software industry is ideal. Candidates must live in the territory and be willing to do overnight travel.
Position may require 50% travel once experienced.
